Our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ is operating at less than 25% capacity to maximize social distancing, providing a safe, in the office training environment that follows CDC guidelines. After successfully completing a 2-week new hire training program, you will be afforded the opportunity to work predominantly at home.
As a Customer Service Representative at our call center, you will play a key role in supporting the customers of our clients. A customer service specialist is responsible for managing calls ranging from appointment setting, customer service, call screening, call transfer and much more. Our Customer Service Representatives also utilize chat, email and more. Although you will be moving to at home work, candidates at this time are required to be local to the Phoenix area.
THIS ROLE IS FOR THE AM SHIFT (MUST WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY-5 DAY/WEEK SCHEDULE)
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service in a call center environment
Capability of working from home, which requires high speed internet and a quiet workspace
Experience answering high call volumes and working to solve customer’s needs
Experience answering chat and email inquires
Able to multitask and manage a diverse clientele
Type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency skills
Available to work weekends and holidays
Consent to take drug and background screening
