This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. We are a full service marketing, client intake, and customer service provider in the legal vertical. We are expanding our operations team in order to increase the speed at which we can launch new campaigns and our ability to find efficiencies throughout the funnel. This is a senior position that after training will be responsible for the launch and maintenance of various intake campaigns
We are analytical in our approach and constantly look to become more efficient through A/B testing and building innovative solutions throughout the lifecycle of our campaigns. Over the past 2 years we have become the largest legal marketing and client services provider by volume. Our business is built on providing the most efficient solutions to our partners in the legal industry rather than focusing on selling our products to as many partners as possible.
This position is not for everyone. Independent, self-starters who will take advantage of the freedom to pursue their own ideas will fit best. The ideal candidate has experience building a sales funnel that integrates multiple third-party tools including SMS, e-signature, conditional emails, mail tracking, and questionnaire and surveys.
The Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for execution on day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our salesforce platform.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
This will be a largely remote position for the time being. Long-term we anticipate this to be a mostly remote position with 1 to 2 in-office days a week.
